Riverside Hotel - Vientiane

Centrally located hotel with helpful staff! Breakfast options were limited, especially for vegans. A pleasant stay.

I appreciated this property - beautifully kept and simply stunning hotel.

The hotel's location was central, to the taxi I could take. Besides, it was within 10 minutes walk from a storied stupa.

Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants, shops, massage places and great eateries including Hard Rock and Starbucks and the city's main attractions. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Mix Restaurant & Bar. The room we had included tea, coffee and a kettle.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast offered both local and Western dishes, with my favorite being the fresh Lao food, often replenished. The location was perfect for exploring, just steps away from the vibrant night market and many good restaurants. I enjoyed a fine city view from my room that.

The communication with staff was lacking. I felt that my requests were not taken seriously, notably when I asked for breakfast arrangements for an early departure, entirely overlooked. Noise from neighboring rooms made it difficult to enjoy a nothing noisy.

Had a great time at Riverside! Clean room with modern comforts, and the location is spot-on for exploring Vientiane. Breakfast could use a little more variety, but tons of nearby coffee shops. Super nice team!

The breakfast lacked variety, especially for special diets, and the overall noise level made it hard to relax. The location was great, easily accessible to local attractions and markets.

The room was super clean and had cool amenities like a tv, air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Loved having a comfortable sofa and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Plus, the spa facilities were a nice touch with great massage options. Super happy with the service and location!

The room was sparkling clean. Really loved the modern decor. The gym was well-equipped and the breakfast had some good local dishes that were replenished often. Staff were super attentive and friendly!

The location is good and amazing, convenient to go everywhere by taxi. I was within walking distance of a large stupa. the room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV.
